2. Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with reliable global and domestic shipping carriers—including USPS, Cainiao, and other specialized logistics providers—to ensure your package arrives safely.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or if it is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
7. Split Shipments

To expedite delivery, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be split into separate packages.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
